That reminds me, I should check my stock of dried elderberries - I make an elderberry "elixir" that's honey and rum based, with ginger and rosehips (when I have them, I probably don't actually have any right now)... anyway, funny that we're all elderberry aficionados here, and thanks for the prompting!
