Have courage in the face of these trials

Do not be discouraged. At every moment each incarnated soul is diving and surfacing, diving and surfacing. Each breath at the surface gives vitality to commit to the difficult travel beneath, and each dive stirs the deeps and brings us in contact with forces beyond our puny human conceptualizations. How frightening for most.
There is no knowing the effect of your ripples, as you dove deep and found something to hold to of virtue and value and integrity; but that you don't SEE those ripples in obvious form doesn't mean they aren't there.
This is a long game - way longer than just 2020-2022, or this decade, or century. Each act of virtue and valor is important, is creative and sacred. Each act is necessary and not easy to pull off, all things considered and knowing humanity.
Thank you for taking a stand for good when it was not the easy way. May we all be guided so.
